Hope you can notice the shredded pork ragu at the left side of the bowl. The lighting is not on our side.😅 The bacon sofrito (roasted red pepper), shallot & spring onion are combined well with soy tare (Japanese dipping sauce). Worth ordering again in our next visit! 😋
