We had the Grilled Apple with Homemade Caramel Pancake ($12.20 for 4 pieces). The millefeuille pancakes were grilled and stacked to perfection. The highlight would be the hardened top layer of caramel sauce, with its cracking texture, is reminiscent of a creme brûlée. The thick pancakes are accompanied with vanilla ice cream, fresh Hokkaido cream, caramelized apple and cinnamon powder sprinkles, which will delight pancake lovers.

Only downside was the 20mins wait time as the pancakes are made from scratch and last orders are taken early at 8pm.
