Over the weekend, we headed down to Ginger for their á la carte dinner buffet ($58++ per pax) and the newly renovated botanical theme restaurant is so pretty:) Great atmosphere aside, there are quite a number of hits among the dishes served and my favourites include Chilli Crab with mantou, Kam Heong Crab with Spring Onion, Penang Laksa, Singapore Laksa, Crispy Lamb with Thai Green Sauce, Salmon with Saffron and Seafood Ragout, Sate Lilit (minced seafood wrapped around lemongrass) and Durian Pengat🤤 There is a good mix of Western and Asian cuisine, and I’m super full by the end of the meal even though I didn’t try everything on the menu. Satisfied!
