Super late to this tendon party but better late than never! Glad that I gave my virgin tendon experience to tendon kohaku because it was simply amazing.

I don’t usually like fried food because I get gelat way too easily (haha ya I weak). But these were not too oily and the batter was light yet crispy and just addictive. I was happy that there were SO MANY ingredients, and I was most impressed with the chicken because they managed to keep it still tender and succulent. The wasabi sauce that is exclusive to the Chinatown Point outlet was also worth a try - in fact, I liked it more than the original sauce cos it gave an extra punch.
