Having raspberry and dark chocolate mochi croissant at stateland cafe this morning. The croissant itself is crunchy and you can see the layers of the croissant clearly. There is a lot of fillings in the croissant including the jam and the chocolate filling which is a bit jelat at the end. But the croissant itself is nice - i would recommend to take those without filling, probably the original. The flat white (with no milk alternative, $5) is so-so.
