Glad that the queue wasn't that bad and I managed to get my order within 10 minutes. The recommended sugar level would be 50%-100% but being a hardcore matchaholic, I decided to settle for 25% instead. True enough, the characteristic bitter undertone and intense earthy note is definitely not suited for the faint hearted. However, it never failed to disappoint me with the distinct and robust earthy note! πŸ’š Topped with a thick layer of creamy milk foam, you can either choose to consume it separately with the small spoon provided or mix it in with the matcha beverage. I would personally prefer consuming the two elements in silo to fully appreciate and savour the thick, intense earthy matcha coupled with the subtle sweetness of the creamy milk foam.
