The 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 (~$19.50) was a clear winner for me: smoky bacon added a meaty flavour to the sweet and moist pear chunks 🥓 , but I’m amazed at how they did the caramelised onions so well: subtly sweet, but not absent under the stronger pear taste 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I’ve had better ricotta’s, but this combination on volumous ciabatta bread would be the reason I return 🥖
