Since it's International Ice Cream day, I'll dedicate this post to the best ice cream I've had thus far -- Super loco done it again with this coconut paleta ($4) topped with shredded coconut meat, lime zest and caramel drizzle. The coconut cream and intense citrus notes from the lime zest blended so well together, and the slightly burnt caramel removed the aftertaste cream might have on my palate. Exquisito 🙌🏻👌🏻
