Flaky puff pastry with rich and smooth cheese mousse (made with Hokkaido cheese). Probably not the best cheese tart among those we've tried in #HongKong, but at least it flows!

PS: If you think cheese tart is too mainstream, how about cheese tart flavours like durian, taro, potato, matcha and chocolate?
