The tripe rendang is pretty decent, thinly sliced tripe had a tender slightly chewy texture in a gravy that's not quite like anything I had before in terms of spices. The main flavour is "salt", not sure why but I can't find a better way to describe it, it's not that it's overly salty.

Cabbage was mild, eggplants were alright(again the spice combination is pretty unique) and the mutton rendang was average
