Don't underestimate the unpretentious white curry seafood ramen. Though I have expected the ramen to come in thick white curry but of which thought it might be too overwhelming on the other hand. So despite the soup looking clear, give it a good few stir and it will start looking a little white and cloudy. With a slurp, you could actually taste traces of white curry, it's rather amazing in a way that though the soup is watery but yet you could feel the white curry flavor in your mouth. Best of all, the accompanying seafood were plump, fresh and succulent and ramen were cooked to the right texture, a little springy a little soft. It's second best alternative for the adventurous soul! The safe and sound alternative remains to be the rice version with thick white curry!
