Jiggly, wobbly and eggy, these melt in your mouth pancakes were so light you can’t stop eating them 🥞 Paired cleverly with the mild and floral Strawberry ice cream, this was a perfect match 🍓 Also, mad props to this Strawberry ice cream: I usually really dislike strawberry as an ice cream flavour, but this — I kept going at it
