Both brands are collaborating for the first time ever to present specially curated set menus for 2, 4 and 6 pax that showcase unique pairings of Yunnan classics and Ipoh dim sum offerings.

Pictured is the 4 pax set ($88, U.P. $96.60) which comes with four dishes from YUN NANS and two sets of pastries from Nam Heong. The Century Egg with Grilled Capsicum is a good appetizer to the meal before you chomp down on the Braised Truffle Ee-Fu Noodles with the accompanying dishes of Stir-Fried Pork Collar with Scallions and Braised Egg Beancurd with Cordycep Flowers and Fish Maw. The restaurant actually imports in several premium ingredients such as the wild black truffle and edible flowers directly from the Yunnan province into Singapore. From Nam Heong, you will be getting their Salted Egg Custard Buns and Ipoh Kaya Puffs for a nice ending to the meal. To wash down all the food, the set menu comes with four bottles of Raspberry Juice with Tamarind for that additional vitamin boost.
