The beef was nice and chewy- goes well with the pearl rice and crispiest in the kelp broth (although the picture on the menu gave me the impression that it would be medium rare steak slices - but still good anyway!). Added the lobster and aburi salmon, of which the lobster was not impressive - did not enjoy the gochujang dressing with it. The aburi salmon was very well done, thick juicy cubes that melted in my mouth! Would come back again!
