Much awaited return visit to @tempuratentenrc and this time, tried their Premium King Prawn Tendon with spicy sauce and truffle rice. The king prawns were distinctively at least double the size of the usual prawns served with their tendon bowls and there was a fuller bite from these royal babies as the prawn meat was more firm and full-bodied. The accompanying prawn heads, deep fried till golden brown and ultra crispy also served as a fantastic accompaniment to that aromatic truffle rice. Also do yourself a favour and order a side portion of that ajitama tempura, chicken ball with mozarella cheese and tempura bacon as these add-ons are just so value for money and taste wickedly delicious!
