Steak came medium-rare as requested and was sufficiently tender, though there were some parts which still required a little more chew. While I found their signature golden sauce a tasty accompaniment to the beef, I felt that it wasn't anything too special.

The dish also comes with a mountainous side of addictive thin-cut fries which were lightly salted and not too oily. Heard that there's free flow fries but I would reckon the portion served is already more than sufficient for the average eater!

Overall, the food is not bad and the ambience of the restaurant is really nice, especially if you get those window seats overlooking the streets of Orchard! Used #burpplebeyond 1-for-1 and it was so worth it.
