This Izakaya Tapas and Sake Bar not only offers impressive eats and all sorts of sakes, its interior concept is fascinating. Once a finance house, Boruto has retained the mighty vault on its 2nd floor and turned it into a beautiful sake cellar. One of its signature dish, the Sake Chicken, was a standing ovation. Roasted with Kikusui Sake, the layer of skin was thin and crisp; and the meat itself was moist, tender and mildly seasoned. A super tasty fowl worth sharing! 😋
