Rosti was crisp on the surface, leaving the inside rather moist but not mushy. Love the cheesy chicken sausage !! Overall a very satisfying meal and to date, is my fav place to satisfy my rosti cravings !!

At the same time, I also love their pasta and crepe and root beers!
