I’ve not had many yam rings before, but if they’re usually like this, I think I’m a fan! The crisp, flaky exterior is the perfect vessel for the wide range of ingredients (chicken chunks were really tender) and mild but tasty sauce. Crack it open and you’ll find smooth, fragrant yam that I just loooove. Might not be the most glamorous place, but the zi char here at Mellvin Seafood definitely satisfies.
