Milky yet with a dash of sweetness from the honey, the crumbles atop add a bit of saltiness to the gelato. Scooping was a tad haphazard though; they were literally scrimping so much on the sample scoops you could literally taste nothing out of it and when you order a single scoop in a cup it comes in two weird balls where the first layer underneath was a tad hollow and the top layer comes even more smaller. Seriously?
