Japanese yuzu curd with a coconut mousse, paired with zesty lime sobet
👉Pit Of The Plum - SGD22
Plum Spirit, Grapefruit, Yuzu

Went for this pairing since both the dessert and cocktail are recommended on their menu.👍 Beautifully plated, the Exotique was refreshing, not too sweet and boasted a harmony of flavours. The cocktail we sipped was surprisingly good too. Do order these two together if it’s your first time here!
