They only sell the soup version and not banmiangan! But I found this quite satisfying because the noodles, although slightly thinner than many banmians (in terms of thickness, not the breadth), was kinda springy like a tagliatelle and I dig that. Just that it got a bit soft towards the end of the meal. Soup is similar to that of the meehoonkueh soup which I’ve previously reviewed.

If you’re the kind that likes banmian that is thicker and more al dente (like ubi dmq / L32) this is not for u! You’re better off with RH28 handmade noodles (also in amoy, and is my fav banmian/mhk shop in amoy) which is similarly springy but thicker.
