Of these, the Prawn noodles, with its flavourful prawn broth, springy prawns, al-dente yellow noodles with crunchy bean sprouts was my favourite. Don't forget to ask for crispy-salty pork lard on the side. Simply delightful. The BBQ chicken wings were great as well. π«
