I must say I was really pleasantly surprised and impressed by the flavours. Almost like a deconstructed hainanese chicken rice on bread, the chili mayo ginger shallot sauce dressing brings out all the chicken rice flavours for a little party in your mouth. The chicken breast pieces were very generous and not at all dry and tough, but relatively soft and smooth just like the chicken rice dish. The in house baked bread was crisp on the outside but yet moist and chewy on the inside. Can’t wait to try other sandwiches here. .
