Springy que que noodles. Tender beef. A light beefy broth. It might looked it was going to numb your tastebuds. It was harmless. Perhaps just a nice tingle on the back of the palate. Broth was not overly beefy... infact it was quite light.

So I slurped and slurped and slurped. Quite enjoyable noisy slurping. Opened during lunch hours and reopen in the evenings.
