โจ ๐งง happy cny everyone๐งง โจ wishing you all ๅนดๅนดๆไฝ ๐๐(hence that salmon patty) and to note: most chinese restaurant will be closed! (Hence the western food๐) @lombardos.singapore came from Amsterdam - hailed as Amsterdam favorite burger joint - this is their first overseas ventureโจ they are famous for their beef burgers ๐ but I went for something different: black salmon burger - Norwegian farmed salmon wrapped in nori !!!!! With homemade horseradish dill and Greek yogurt sauce, avocado and lettuce๐ bravo to that salmon patty ๐๐ I never had such a beautiful salmon patty before - raw inside, cooked outside with the crunch of wrapped seaweed, totally love it๐ I just find the bun too dry for my liking and the burger fall apart pretty easily whoops๐ but really that salmon patty needs to be everywhere but for now itโs at this hidden corner of Duxton road ๐ and on @burpple beyond 1 for 1 โจ๐
