Ingredients:
💕2 cans fish dace Mili
💕2 packet of Shimeji Mushroom
💕4 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced thin
💕1 red bird’s-eye chilli, slice and scrape out the seeds and cut into thin pcs.
💕1 yellow capsicum, cut small.
💕2 spring onions
💕250 gr spaghetti
💕salt and black pepper

Steps :
1️⃣Heat a large pot of salted water over a high flame and when it boils, add the pasta.
2️⃣ Heat a wok or skillet , add oil and garlic, cook till fragrant. Add the chilli and capsicum, cook about 30 seconds.
Add the mushroom and fried face, gently mix and breaking into bite sized pieces.
3️⃣ Add about 60 ml pasta cooking water to wok or skillet, mix well and add the al dente pasta and mix the pasta until coated with sauce and ingredients.
Season with black pepper and salt if necessary and the food is ready to serve.
