Tagliolini pasta comes served with whole lobster meat and lobster bisque, topped with ikura and radish sprouts.

No words can describe how good this was. The lobster bisque itself was sweet and packed with umami which the al-dente tagliolini never fails to soak up the flavours. The lobster meat topped with ikura was tender and brimming with sweetness and the small burst from ikura just adds some lovely salty goodness to everything 😍

It may seem pricey with a hefty price tag but this dish is totally worth the price tag. This is something off the menu and we were lucky to have this during our visit 》$78
