These distillery workers fashioned nifty little devices known as the ‘copper dog’, a piece of tubing with a penny soldered to one end and a cork in the other, used to smuggle a dram from the Scotch they made.

Blended at the ‎Craigellachie distillery by Master Blender Stuart Morrison, in Aberlour, Moray, Strathspey, Scotland, this has a bright copper brown colour, with aromas of toffee, red apple, oak, and vanilla.

The body is smooth, silky, and creamy, with tastes of pear, green grapes, liquorice, and conifer. Has a fruity earthy woody sweet flavour, with a delicate long finish. Lovely and youthful.
