Thick chewy long and flat noodles coated with oily, savoury and vinegary sauce. Flavour were well-absorbed. Comes with bok choy, bean sprout, spring onion and chilli flake.
Pork had a jelly-like fats which melts in the mouth and chewy flavourful meat.
Although it was a good bowl, but I still prefer the previous stall one which hold a stronger and complex flavour.
