Rare find in sunny Singapore

This dried preserved vegetables and minced pork porridge is a very common find in Congee shops in HK so what a pleasant find .

Perfect food to nourish the spleen and keep hydrated in this sunny sunny weather.

I liked that the porridge had a creamy consistency without being too watered down so it was still a pretty substantial meal. The porridge also tasted neutral and very likely without msg seasoning which is such a rare find 😀

I would dare say one of the best congees around .
