Popular for their ebi tsukemen, this joint offers ramen lovers a twist from the usual soup offerings.

Their Signature Tsukemen ($17.90) comes in 3 varieties - original, spicy and curry. You have an option of either pairing it with rice or noodles (hot or cold) and can also add on additional toppings to the standardised ones!

With every order comes a portion of char siew (which is soooo good btw), leeks, tomatoes, cress, mizuma, sweet potato and lemon.

How it should be eaten (swipe left) would be to mix up your dry ramen, before proceeding to dip it into the thick broth, before slurping up your noodles or rice.

The prawn broth reminds me of lobster bisque however, slighter thicker and similar to the consistency of mee robus gravy. As I ordered the Spicy ebi, there was a kick to it, which added flavour. Apart from that, the slice of lemon was perfect in helping to cut through the thick gravy, making it easier to go back for another mouthful or two.
