Requested for a change for the pasta to be in aglio olio instead of its intended spiced tomato sauce. I must say that the aglio olio could do with a little bit more garlic flavour. I’m sure the spaghetti was handmade, because I could taste the authenticity to it. Unfortunately tough, my spaghetti was a bit too overcooked, giving it a soft, mushy texture that you wouldn’t get if it was al dente. At least, however, the pasta wasn’t dry, and the seafood was fresh! The lack of garlic flavour was made up with a combination of different chilli upon request. For the price point though, I felt like it’d be more worth it for a pizza at Prego.
