🤔: I love cake, and after having this, I gotta say it really was the best cake I've had in awhile. Bottom layer was a dense chocolate cake, tasting somewhat like a rich chocolate brownie. The middle layer comprised of caramelised pecans, walnuts and almonds and wasn't overly sweet, and as a huge nut fan, I really liked it. Top layer was a light chocolate mousse with maltesers and dusted with cocoa powder. Everything about this cake just came synchronically so well. Super delicious and decadent, definitely one for sharing but if you wanna have it all to yourself, go ahead!
