In support of local businesses during the Circuit Breaker period, we placed an order at 1pm for delivery at 8-9pm. The order was paid for in full in advance and the order was accepted and confirmed by the restaurant.

Disappointingly, at 8.25pm, we received a call saying that all the steaks had run out and the restaurant would not be able to fulfil this portion of the order. It was already late in the evening and midway through the allocated delivery time when we received the call saying that a large portion of our already confirmed order would not be fulfilled, leaving my family hungry with no reasonable explanation other than "the steaks had run out because of overwhelming orders".

This is completely unacceptable - For the restaurant to confirm our order, accept our payment, and then subsequently fail to fulfil the order at such a late hour. We wanted to order delivery to support our local businesses at this time, but were instead left disappointed, upset and hungry.

Customer service too was quite appalling, with little apology offered and no attempt at service recovery.

Let this serve as a warning to any potential patrons of this establishment. This has been a very frustrating experience for me and my family, and I urge everyone to think twice before ordering from them.
