The sauce in this (it says “fine herbs yogurt” on the menu) was D E L I C I O U S, we wiped the plate clean! It wasn’t very herbaceous/“green” tasting, and even though a yogurt sauce may sound a bit thick and cloying, it was well-balanced by the cider vinegar, which lent a sweet & sour flavour. The grilled sucrine lettuce was soft yet still crunchy (sounds confusing but you should try it for yourself, idk how else to describe it) and naturally sweet, with a nice char on top. The macadamia nuts were chunky, kinda has the same role as pine nuts in pesto sauce. We really liked this dish - every component made sense and came together very nicely! My dining partner felt it was the best dish we had here, and it was in my top 3 (only because I couldn’t choose which of the 3 should be #1 LOL).
