You'll most likely find this shop in Little india packed to the brim—but don't let that deter you. Queue for the community-favourite Plain Dosa ($5) that Burppler Blueskies Cottonclouds raves to be "really refined...like the Indian version of the French galette!". Delicious spiced potato is encased within a thin, crispy shell made extra fragrant by ghee, and served with turmeric-based sambar and coconut coriander chutney. Other dishes not to be missed include their Pudi Masala Dosa ($7), Uddina Vada ($2) and Poori ($5 for 2)!
