I always enjoy the street food / night market atmosphere and the friendly Taiwanese approach by the uncles selling the goose.
.
1st pic - boiled goose, fatty chewy skin and succulent meat. The meat can be slightly chewy, but it is oozing the goose flavour.
.
2nd pic - goose giblets. Crunchy and a bit gamy. The gamy part can be solve with the sauce and sliced ginger. For chicken or duck giblet lovers, this will be an upgrade.
.
3rd pic - our favourite goose intestines. Chewy and crunchy. Coated with sesame oil, it is definitely a perfect snack.
.
4th pic - goose blood jelly. Not for everyone. Wobbly velvety goodness from the goose. The clear goose stock is just robust, infused with essence of the goose. .
Great place to try boiled goose and Taiwanese street food at the same time.
