Different from what we anticipated but delish nonetheless, KARA Cafe & Dessert Bar’s Warm PB Cookie ($13) was perfectly crisp and chewy within. Served with a tower of salted speculoos softie, he sizable cookies baked in the hot skillet, were not too sweet. Nutty, fragrant and with a hint of saltiness, the cookies seemed to also have small pockets of oozy peanut butter which went really well with the smooth cinnamony swirl. Apart from the textural experience, the contrast of the warm cookie and cool ice cream was foolproof.
