The Spicy Negitoro on Foccacia Toast caught me a little off guard as it was spicer than I expected it to be. The toast was grilled to a nice crisp and I would have prefer it slightly charred. Sprinkled with scallions and bits of dried seaweed, this was a nice starter to have, paired with a glass of sake while waiting for the mains to arrive.
