It’s harder and harder to find this simple congee these days and especially one that is executed well. Thanks to @willcookwilleat, I managed to have this for brekkie today. Fried intestines, minced pork, tongue, a bowl of porcine goodness and that congee was perfect. Fluffy and flavourful. Auntie doesn’t cut corners and one can taste how much effort she puts in her congee.
