So great to find an *affordable* French style patisserie up north-west of Singapore!

The pastries at Lee’s Confectionary are not only delicious but also gorgeous to look at and photograph, making this little hipster minimalistic bakery a top foodie destination.

The DALE (S$8), presents a dense and moist matcha sponge layered with matcha ganache and passion fruit jam over a buttery crumble base. I found it slightly undertone in flavors, lacking a bit of a kick to make this pastry truly lip-smacking.
