They were well marinated and deep fried to perfection with golden brown crunchy skin while the piping hot inner remain soft and juicy, topped with fried garlic and fresh chopped spring onions. Another dish worth mentioning was their Fried Fish in Spicy Condiment (THB 135), nicely executed too with its crispy skin with flaky flesh underneath.
