Penang style fried kway teow @penangculturesg (vivocity branch) topped with crab meat. We ordered a plate with crab meat and another without. Basically, no difference in taste though the one with crab meat which was prepared separately had noticeably more wok-hei. The crabmeat did little to add flavour as it appears to have just been sprinkled on top once the plate of noodles was ready to be served. The one without crabmeat was prepared together with other diners’ orders so it tasted very much like breakfast style economical kway teow. Quite disappointed overall as what was served vs pictorial representations on the menu is a classic example of expectations vs reality.
