Malaysian Style Braised Beef Redang($15)
Delicious. Flavourful, not much spicy, though watery but the taste is not cut-off, it still have the rendang in it. Meat wise, some pieces are soft & tender while some are kinda on the tougher side but able to chew lah, just need more strength and time. Paired it with rice for a yummy curry rice.
Deep Fried Pork Belly with Fermented Beancurd($12)
Though not much of a crisp, it stills carry a tasty savoury flavour. Meat texture was somewhat chewy and it was wok-fried with great amount of garlic to increase the aroma. The garlic was crispy and delicious. Haha.
Traditional Braised Sweet Turnip with Shredded Cuttlefish($12)
Its like eating the popiah fillings but without the skin and extra ingredients. The sweet crunchy turnip together with the long strand of crispy & umami cuttlefish bring much joy to the sweet-savoury world.
Fish Ball and Seaweed Beancurd Soup($6)
Comforting and homey soup. A taste of nostalgic time. Simple yet hold so much taste profile.
Thai Honey Pineapple Fried Rice with Fresh Prawn and Chicken Floss In Pineapple(L-$15)
Great amount of big fresh prawn can be found but the chicken floss given is kinda pathetic. Anyway, fried rice was nice and fluffly but can be better. Taste is sweet due to raisin, pineapple bits and honey. Hmm... If got cashew nut in it will be better.
