Every component of my ๐’๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐Ž๐œ๐ž๐š๐ง ๐“๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐ง ๐Š๐š๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ was lovely: trout๐ŸŸ wasnโ€™t overcooked, puffed rice for extra crunch, beetroot & pomegranate for bursts of sweetness, and calamansi dressing to add some zest. Most importantly, the thing about kale is that it doesnโ€™t give the grassy taste that most salads have๐Ÿฅ—, making it very easy to stomach!
