I’m not a fan of salted caramel but I absolutely loved this brownie!! The salted caramel ice cream paired perfectly with the soft and warm brownie, along with the caramelised walnuts.

Other than this, we loved the truffle fries and their yuzu granita!! I found the duck confit tagliatelle a tad too salty and garlicky (honestly I picked out probably 20 slices of garlic), and the red crab meat pasta had the perfect al dente texture.
