Made a 6pm reservation here intending to order one of the salads & the chestnut parpadelle ossobuco ragu. Mind you, this was a 6pm indulgence and I still had dinner at home with the kids at 8pm 😂But when I walked in, I noticed the Happy Hour promotion of Crispy Pig’s Ears with 2 cocktails ($25). You choose your first cocktail from a list of 7 and the second cocktail is chosen by the bartender. The fruity cocktails go very well with the crispy pig’s ears, which are served with sriracha mayonnaise, pickled kohlrabi and piquillo peppers. You layer everything onto baby gem lettuce leaves and enjoy this with your hands. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to use your hands, but it tastes better that way! Will be back.
