Pazzion’s “Baked Eggs” uses chicken meat, thin bacon strips and just some vegetable that adds good flavor. To be honest I didn’t expect it to be this good! The bacon strips add a very nice crisp to the whole dish. The toast was a sourdough which is not something I usually like, but somehow their sourdough wasn’t as hard as other sourdoughs I’ve eaten. The tomato sauce tasted so nice.
You can imagine this dish as some kind of chicken bolognese with an egg on top. Btw slide to see some #yolkporn
