Have been wanting to try Starker’s Pork Knuckle. And decided to order to have it delivered for lunch today.
I was very impressed with the crispness of the crackling, and the tenderness of the meat inside. It’s one of the better pork knuckles I’ve tried at other places; on par with S-Cafe’s. The sauerkraut though was cold (I think it was meant to be served chilled, which isn’t to my liking vs S-Cafe’s sauerkraut which is warm.)
